Estate & Trust Planning & Administration

Our team serves our clients in the areas of estate and trust planning and administration, which is a principal focus of our firm. We counsel a diverse group of families and individuals throughout New Hampshire and Vermont, as well as in other states, on a wide array of estate planning and wealth preservation issues. Working closely with our clients and their professional advisors, we help our clients understand and accomplish personal family objectives and financial goals. We assist with trust and probate administrations, providing personal and legal assistance during times of transition in families. We provide counsel on the use and distribution of pensions and retirement accounts and life insurance. To minimize family conflict as well as to reduce income taxes and estate and gift taxes, we advise partnerships and closely-held businesses on organization, reorganization and succession planning. In addition, we act as fiduciaries.

Our Estate and Trust Planning and Administration team assists individuals in all aspects of personal and asset planning for incapacity and death. Our team combines a multifaceted group of professionals with the extensive financial, business, legal and tax experience required by our diverse group of clients.
